Hello! My name is Allison Delaney, and I am a Visual Arts major with a concentration in visual communications. Art has always been a huge part of my life from a young age. Growing up, I was captivated by the enchanting world of animation, particularly the magic brought to life by Disney. Being such a Disney lover has created immense inspiration and respect for art. The vibrant colors, imaginative characters, and compelling stories ignited a spark within me that has only grown stronger over the years as I grow more within my art. Watching the evolution of various animations throughout Disney’s illustrious history has greatly influenced my artistic journey and inspired me to pursue a path in graphic design.

Initially, I began my academic journey at Stockton as a marine biology student, as my love for animals pulled me to start a career based around them. However, as I navigated through my freshman year, I realized my true passion lay elsewhere. Art has always been my passion, even if it strayed away from me for a moment entering college. I took the jump to switch my major just at the tail end of my freshman year to ensure that what I was pursuing was what I was truly happy with, and I have never been happier. Thus began my journey into graphic design.

As a graphic design student, I am constantly immersed in the creative process, and every project feels like a new adventure. I enjoy logo design and illustrations, where I can blend my artistic vision with practical applications. The ability to communicate ideas through visual elements excites me, and I always accept the challenge of bringing concepts to life. Each piece I create is a reflection of my journey, my passion, and my perseverance. Having the opportunity to turn my love for art into a career is nothing short of a dream come true. I am beyond thankful to everyone around me for their constant support and encouragement.
