Michelle is a senior at Stockton University. She transferred from RCBC (Rowan College at Burlington County) after she received her Associates Degree in Visual Arts. She is currently 23 years old and enjoys all aspects of art. Michelle enjoys making art because it has allowed her to express herself over the years. She used art as a means of self-distraction and escape whenever she had challenging times in her life. Michelle enjoys experimenting with various materials and watching the results as she discovers the many possibilities that art provides. She has explored with acrylic paint, oil paint, ceramics, digital art, watercolor, charcoal, pencil, and a variety of other mixed media techniques. Oil, acrylic, and digital art are her current favorite mediums. She has always used art to express herself, and she hopes to improve her skills in the future. Michelle’s spring internship in 2022 taught her a variety of Adobe Illustrator techniques. She has found it easier to create her own graphic art, but she still experiments with the various methods available in the Adobe programs. Her ambition is to work as a graphic designer while also doing freelance work for other clients.
