My name is Ani Mkrtchyan and I am a Visual Arts student with a concentration in Visual Communications. I have loved the creative fields since I was a little girl and I was always doing something within it. When I came to Stockton my freshman year, I joined the Visual Communications major and realized I really liked learning the softwares and what they were capable of doing.
During my junior year, I took an Into to Game Design course and it really stuck with me. I realized I found what I truly enjoy doing! I find fun in learning the new interfaces and coding languages. I have joined every Game Jam Stockton has held and have created short games on my own as well! I am so excited to be able to expand my horizons and have the opportunity to exhibit some of my work!
I have met so many incredible and talented people here and I am forever thankful for all of the opportunities.
