Margot Whalen is an oil painter with a BFA in Fine Arts, and a minor in Art History. Margot has had a lifelong love of history and painting, and tries to merge the two in all her work. She plans to earn a MFA in American Studies to further her passion for history. Margot’s senior BFA piece is the culmination of months of research on medieval history and painting. The 15th century style triptych is an echo of medieval illustrations and her own created narrative, the meaning of which is left up to the viewers.
