I am majoring in Visual Arts concentrating in Visual Communications. I enjoy working with all other forms for art as well such as drawing, painting, printmaking, mixed media, and photography. However, I am concentrating on Visual Communications which consists of Graphic Design. The reason I have been doing Graphic Design is because as a Graphic Designer, I can find various employment opportunities and earn a great paying salary. Whereas, by concentrating on Fine Arts doing other forms of art or Photography I am not able to find many employment opportunities or earn a decent salary to make a living. I can do Fine Arts as a hobby, however I feel that I would be better off being a Graphic Designer.
